  • Resource and financial ownership: oversee budgets, margins and senior-to-junior team development.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to clients from early conversations through delivery and post-event analysis.
  • Develop experiential strategies that engage audiences and drive results.
  • Pitch innovative ideas that differentiate CNC and fuel client growth.
  • Lead and grow key accounts, focusing on retention and organic expansion.
  • Build and manage scopes of work, identifying opportunities for additional investment when appropriate.
  • Oversee multiple large-scale accounts and activations simultaneously.
  • Align creative, production, and strategy teams to deliver on brief, on budget, and on time.
  • Create clear, compelling client presentations that communicate strategy, creative vision, and impact.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and analyze results to drive repeat business and process improvements.
  • Own project financials, including budgets, margins, and efficient team resourcing/utilization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience (preferably 3+ years agency experience preferred)
  • Experience managing/training/mentoring junior team members
  • Proven experience managing high-profile brands and six-figure to multi-million-dollar accounts.
  • Strong background in experiential marketing, including live events, activations, and pop-ups across B2C and B2B.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align client goals, creative vision, and business objectives.
  • Solid financial acumen, including budget planning, margin management, and responsible upselling.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop and execute compelling concepts.
  • Working knowledge of event permits, regulations, and safety requirements.
