Job Summary

Own high level client partnerships and multi‑team delivery for a DAOR pharmaceutical brand, safeguarding executive relationships, strategic guidance, and accurate financial forecasting.

  • Client Relationships and Leadership: maintain trust with senior leaders, shape planning with industry insight, and champion the client view internally.
  • Account Growth and Delivery: identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with leaders on solutions, and lead pitches to extend engagement.
  • Project Oversight and Finance: own briefing through execution, manage the delivery team, and oversee forecasts and budgeting for the account.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationships: Build trust with client senior management and maintain regular, satisfaction-focused communications.
  • Account Growth: Identify challenges and upsell opportunities; collaborate with leaders to present compelling solutions that drive additional projects.
  • Account Finance: Manage account financials and lead monthly/quarterly forecasting.
  • Project Oversight: Own the client briefing to execution, lead the agency team, and ensure work stays on strategy, on time, and on budget.
  • Leadership & Strategic Guidance: Serve as the client champion, bring their perspective to the work, and influence brand planning, budgets, and strategy.
  • Internal Relationships: Build strong cross-capability relationships to deliver complex projects and meet client objectives.
  • Knowledge & Expertise: Maintain deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, data, analytics, and related technologies relevant to the account.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical agency experience with DAOR brand exposure.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, client-facing presence with C-Suite interaction, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with sharp analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Travel willingness to travel frequently (1-2 times per month).
