Requirements

• 8-10+ years of agency experience required
• Bilingual Spanish, spoken natively as your clients are bilingual as well. Work is conceptualized separately in English and Spanish.
• Comfortability with regular production travel
• A passion for and experience in brand marketing
• Strong people skills - good at building relationships, comfortable conversationalist, with a presence that compels others to pay attention
• Diplomatic and empathetic leadership
• Experience in social media, fluency in media and KPIs
• Ability to balance the best interests of Monks and our clients and their businesses
