Job Summary

Support the delivery of client strategies by coordinating projects, content, and communications across departments to help accounts and creative teams achieve client goals.

  • Assist with timeline, asset, and deliverable management, collaborating with creative and accounts teams to drive project outcomes.
  • Support client communications and meeting follow-ups, including minutes and action items.
  • Contribute to research and analysis to inform effective client solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with tasks and activities such as account strategy, content development, project management, client presentations, and editing/proofreading, helping to fulfill the strategic and communication goals outlined by the account leader.
  • Quickly learn the processes and standards set forth by Origo to demonstrate your ability to assist in managing timelines, objectives, assets, content, and deliverables for each project, assisting the creative and accounts team in achieving the intended results and goals for various strategies.
  • Conduct business communications, including email, set up meetings, and coordinate assets/needs with clients on a day-to-day basis, executing tasks and activities to help the account and creative teams achieve their objectives.
  • Attend client meetings, assisting in developing Meeting Minutes and follow-up communications.
  • Assist in the research and analysis phases of the project, helping to inform the team on how to execute the insights and findings to develop effective solutions for our clients.
  • Collaborate with staff from all departments to develop effective solutions and plans for both internal and external communication strategies.
  • Assist the Account Management team with maintaining and monitoring client budgets and ensuring projects stay within scope.
  • Assist Origo in the marketing and promotion of our agency, participating in developing web content, social media, email campaigns, event planning, and other initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in business, marketing, communications, or other related field
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects and clients
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent written communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Computer proficiency with Excel and Word
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Talent, drive and ability to work independently and in team settings
  • passion for collaboration, intellectual curiosity, and a positive/constructive attitude
  • Team player who is committed to their career, clients and co-workers

Preferred

  • Paid Search and Media Buying experience is considered an advantage
