Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Account-Based Marketing Strategy: you will partner with the Workforce Partnerships Lead to develop and implement tailored ABM strategies for priority corporate employer accounts. Align marketing activity to the stages of the partnership sales funnel — from initial awareness through to closed contract — ensuring targeted engagement at every touchpoint.
  • Pipeline Development Support: you will collaborate with the Workforce Partnerships Lead to identify, research, and prioritize target accounts within the corporate employer vertical. Develop account intelligence and prospect insights that inform outreach strategies and support new business pipeline generation.
  • Targeted Awareness Campaigns: you will design and launch account-specific awareness campaigns that introduce SNHU's workforce education solutions to important decision-makers at target employer organizations. Develop multi-channel campaign approaches — including email, digital, and event-based tactics — customized to each account's industry, workforce challenges, and priorities.
  • Sales Enablement and Content Development: you will create compelling, account-tailored materials that equip the Workforce Partnerships Lead to engage and convert prospects throughout the sales funnel. This includes customized pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposal support, and executive-level briefing documents that speak directly to each account's needs and workforce goals.
  • Account Engagement and Nurture Programs: you will build and manage nurture programs designed to maintain engagement with prospective corporate employer accounts over time. Develop sequenced communication strategies that keep SNHU top of mind with partners and advance relationships through the pipeline.
  • Event and Sponsorship Marketing involves supporting the Workforce Partnerships Lead's presence at external conferences, industry events, and employer forums. You will develop event-specific marketing materials, pre- and post-event outreach campaigns, and account-targeted follow-up strategies that convert event engagement into pipeline activity.
  • Collaboration: you will partner with the Workforce Partnerships Lead, Account Management, Partnership Operations, and broader marketing teams to ensure agreement across messaging, branding, and campaign execution. You will be the connective tissue between marketing and partnership development efforts.
  • Performance Measurement and Optimization: you will track and analyze the effectiveness of ABM campaigns and account engagement activities. Use data and insights to refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix, reporting on important metrics including pipeline contribution, account engagement rates, and campaign conversion.
  • Market and Account Intelligence: you will stay current on workforce education trends, corporate employer priorities, and the competitive landscape. Develop account-specific research and insights that inform campaign strategy and help the partnership team engage prospects with customized messaging.
