Drive Academy marketing and communications coordination to support planning, events, and outreach for students, families, and participants.
- Own coordination of marketing initiatives in partnership with Advancement
- Collaborate across departments for events and performances
- Front-of-house and ticketing support for Academy events
Job Description
Responsibilities
- The Academy Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports planning and execution of Academy communications and promotional efforts, including outreach to students, families, and prospective participants.
- Coordinates marketing initiatives and content in partnership with the Advancement team.
- Manages communication processes related to student evaluations, audition activity, and key program updates.
- Supports Academy performances and events, including front-of-house logistics and ticketing coordination.
- Contributes to day-to-day Academy operations as needed.
- Works closely with Academy staff, faculty, and cross-departmental partners; expected to attend performances, auditions, and events throughout the year.
