Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the highly digital 1:Many ABM strategy by scaling high-converting "Office-to-Field" workflows to broader global markets.
  • Execute standard campaign hierarchies across hundreds of accounts, utilizing intent signals and scaled personalization to capture new logos.
  • Develop sophisticated reporting frameworks that provide Global Demand Generation teams with actionable insights to inform high-level sales actions.
  • Spearhead the transition of content from 1:1 bespoke environments to 1:Many scaled tiers in collaboration with regional ABM experts.
  • Drive measurable pipeline generation and reduce sales cycles for strategic accounts through innovative, automated marketing influence.

Requirements

  • A seasoned marketing strategist with a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience driving brand growth and market penetration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Demonstrated mastery of high-level campaign orchestration and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing programmatic ABM strategies and 1:Many digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear campaign strategies and reports.
  • Collaborative communicator who can partner effectively with global teams to align on growth opportunities.

Preferred

  • Experience with specific intent-data platforms or advanced marketing automation tools.
  • Background in the AECO or Transportation and Logistics technology sectors.
