Perhaps the most distinctive thing ‘about us’ as a PR agency, is that we are never ‘about us’.We don’t enter PR awards, we don’t announce new client wins and we NEVER cold call!Our reputation is built purely on the results we achieve, year after year.And the vast majority of our work comes to us via personal recommendations – both from clients and journalists.With 60 years’ experience under our agency belt, we truly understand the needs of clients, the needs of journalists and the needs of audiences – and we work really hard to satisfy all three!Our senior team are all former journalists, so we know exactly what makes the news and how to deal with stories – in good times and bad.And all of our people are passionate, proactive and flexible, with media contacts in our key sectors that are second to none.In December 2023, we became the first Platinum holders of the PRCA’s CMS standard – a hallmark of excellence in the PR and Communications industry which we've gone on to renew in 2025.While the average PR agency and client relationship is still around two years, our average is 10 years.
