Requirements

Physically based in Europe or the UK. Hard requirement — applications from outside the EU/UK won't be considered.
2-3+ years owning live Google Ads budgets (not assisting — owning).
3-4+ years direct experience in high-risk / subscription verticals — mVAS, CC submits, gaming or similar. This is the heart of the role.
Proven account-health skills — you've navigated policy, survived suspensions, and brought accounts back. This is not a ‘must have’ but a valuable skill to have.
An independent operator — you spot the problem and fix it without being told.

Preferred

Knowledge in YouTube and Search are also valuable to have but not mandatory for this role.
