Job Summary
Own the paid Google and Meta ads portfolio for a defined set of accounts, shaping strategy, execution and measurement while building the reporting backbone and guiding junior peers.
- Campaign strategy and ownership: structure, testing, budgets and optimization for the selected accounts.
- Performance discipline: ROAS, CPA, CAC, funnel health, and attribution driven decisions.
- Team and cross-channel influence: mentoring juniors and sharing insights to inform broader campaigns.
Job Description
- Strategic ownership: Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts ownership with campaign structure, testing plans, budget allocation, and optimisation approach.
- Tracking & reporting: Build and maintain GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, Meta CAPI, and basic attribution for clear performance measurement.
- Campaign execution: Plan, launch, and optimise across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Feed, Reels, Stories) with audience strategies and creative testing.
- Reporting & analysis: Produce regular performance reports, identify ROAS/CAC improvements and funnel issues, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Mentoring & collaboration: Guide junior team members, share insights across channels, collaborate with other specialists, and participate in in-person meetings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
