Job Summary

Own the end-to-end social content engine for a charity focused on autistic communities, combining on-site videography with data-driven optimization to grow engagement and deliver measurable impact.

Content and video ownership: plan, shoot, cut, and optimize video and static content across social channels.
Social campaigns: end-to-end execution from concept through performance analysis and iteration.
Community and brand influence: build engaged audiences while aligning creative work with broader marketing goals.

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands
A strong understanding of what drives engagement and growth
Confidence behind the camera as well as in editing, with solid videography skills using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere
Ability to be both creative and data-driven, able to spot trends, generate ideas, and use performance insights to continuously improve content and campaigns
Willingness to be on-site regularly
