Job Summary

Own and optimize end-to-end outbound lead generation, focusing on cold email and LinkedIn, while scaling processes, training clients, and documenting SOPs to drive consistent results.

Outreach Ownership: manage cold email and LinkedIn campaigns from setup to optimization with data-driven iteraction.
Knowledge and Training: create and update outbound trainings and run weekly client group calls to share best practices.
Process and Tools: keep SOPs current and implement new outbound tools and automation to improve metrics.

Requirements

Min. 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation
Proven experience with BOTH cold email and LinkedIn outbound
You are an absolute expert in Instantly, Sales Navigator, Clay and similar outbound & GTM tools.
Strong understanding of outbound metrics & performance
You combine the mindset of a system driven architect & a competitive sales rep
Strong experience working with AI tools / automations in outbound
Business-fluent English (written and spoken)
A true A-player who takes full ownership of outbound results
Strong communicator (written + verbal)
