Responsibilities

• Oversee email campaigns from strategy to execution, including segmentation, marketing automation workflows, and performance analysis.
• Manage customer relationships using CRM systems to support lifecycle activities and targeting.
• Generate qualified leads through email-driven demand and lead-ninning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital marketing initiatives.

• Proficiency in marketing automation and lead generation tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems.
• Expertise in marketing and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to interpret data and create actionable campaign insights.
• Proven organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo, is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with email deliverability best practices is an advantage.
