Responsibilities

Plan and create engaging social media content and concepts, including text, image, and video posts
Plan and create engaging email marketing campaigns based on the same themes as the social media campaigns.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
Analyse social media insights to guide future strategies
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency
Work closely with external agencies operating social media services for the company

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Proven email marketing experience
Excellent knowledge of public relations and social media management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and social media platforms
Able to work onsite, with both brand awareness and product sales as the main achievement goals
