Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging social media content and concepts, including text, image, and video posts
• Plan and create engaging email marketing campaigns based on the same themes as the social media campaigns.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Analyse social media insights to guide future strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency
• Work closely with external agencies operating social media services for the company

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Proven email marketing experience
• Excellent knowledge of public relations and social media management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and social media platforms
• Able to work onsite, with both brand awareness and product sales as the main achievement goals
