Job Description

Responsibilities

Video - Film engaging short-form content on iPhone for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
Capture tutorials, transformations, product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes content and campaign footage.
Edit polished, engaging social-first videos using Final Cut Pro.
Deliver content that is on-brand, visually consistent and optimised for each platform.
Photography - Photograph products, models and campaigns using your own professional camera equipment.
Produce premium imagery for our website, social media, email marketing, blogs and paid advertising.
Create beautiful, consistent photography with excellent lighting, composition and colour accuracy.
Work confidently on campaign and ecommerce shoots, capturing content that reflects gee's luxury aesthetic.
Editing & Retouching - Edit photography using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
Professionally retouch hair while maintaining natural texture, movement and realism.

Requirements

Minimum three years' experience creating content for a premium beauty, hair, fashion or lifestyle brand.
Outstanding portfolio demonstrating professional photography and high-quality social video editing.
Advanced video editing skills in Final Cut Pro.
Strong commercial photography skills.
Advanced Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom skills.
Excellent hair retouching skills with a natural, premium finish.
Strong understanding of studio lighting, composition and product photography.
Confident filming engaging social content on iPhone.
Strong understanding of what performs across social media whilst maintaining a premium brand aesthetic.
Own professional camera and photography equipment.
