Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining my content calendar
Preparing, formatting and scheduling LinkedIn posts
Creating simple, high-quality supporting visuals in Canva
Repurposing existing content into different formats
Supporting the production and distribution of my newsletter
Helping manage comments and social media admin
Keeping content and assets organised
Identifying opportunities to get more value from content I’ve already created
Tracking performance and turning the numbers into recommendations for what we should do more, less or differently

Requirements

You’re organised, proactive and reliable, with a good eye for content.
You understand LinkedIn and personal-brand content and can recognise the difference between something that feels genuinely human and something that feels generic or AI-generated.
You’re also comfortable looking at performance data and using it to make practical recommendations — not just reporting numbers back to me.
You should be comfortable working independently once we’ve agreed the direction, rather than needing detailed instructions for every task.

Preferred

Experience working with coaches, consultants, founders or other personal brands would be useful, but isn’t essential.
