Manage online reviews and maintain a positive brand image.
Build relationships with local influencers and community partners where appropriate.
Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Social Media Manager or similar marketing role.
Experience within hospitality, retail, or consumer brands preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to create engaging visual and written content.
Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
Understanding of brand positioning and audience engagement.
Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

Preferred

Experience managing paid social campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads).
Basic photography and video editing skills.
Knowledge of local London market trends.
