Identify opportunities to strengthen PenCarrie's voice and influence within the market.
Lead PenCarrie's presence at industry and customer events from planning and promotion through to delivery and evaluation.
Develop customer marketing initiatives that increase engagement, loyalty and long-term value.
Ensure every event delivers a positive brand experience and measurable commercial outcomes.
Partner with Sales to create tools, resources and campaigns that support customer acquisition and growth.

Requirements

Marketing qualification and at least 5 years' relevant marketing experience.
Proven experience within a B2B marketing environment.
Strong commercial awareness and strategic planning capability.
Experience planning and delivering events.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Experience leading and developing a small team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience within apparel, textiles, distribution or a related B2B sector.
Experience working with external agencies and partner brands.
Strong understanding of content marketing, PR and integrated campaign delivery.
