Job Summary

Own the day to day marketing support for a premium hospitality and wine brand, coordinating content across website, email, social, events and in-house collateral.

  • Content and Channel Ownership: create and manage website, email, and social content to drive brand consistency.
  • Campaign & CRM Support: assist digital campaigns and CRM activities while tracking engagement and outcomes.
  • Cross-Brand Collaboration: work with multiple departments to ensure cohesive presentation and smooth marketing operations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating engaging content for our website, email campaigns and social media channels
  • Writing customer communications, blogs and promotional copy
  • Supporting digital marketing campaigns and CRM activity
  • Updating website content and online shop listings
  • Scheduling and managing social media content
  • Monitoring campaign performance and customer engagement
  • Supporting the marketing of estate events, wine launches and exclusive experiences
  • Producing marketing materials including menus, signage, vouchers and promotional collateral
  • Working with colleagues across the business to ensure consistent brand presentation
  • Providing day-to-day marketing administration and project support

Requirements

  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects
  • An excellent written communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Creative, proactive and full of ideas
  • Confident using social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Comfortable using digital marketing tools, content management systems and email platforms
  • A team player who enjoys working with different departments
  • Keen to learn and develop within a premium hospitality and wine brand

Preferred

  • Previous marketing or communications experience
  • A marketing qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of CRM or email marketing platforms
  • Experience within hospitality, tourism, retail or luxury brands
