  • Social & Brand Management: Own social channels, brand consistency, and audience engagement.
  • Campaigns & Launches: Plan and execute marketing campaigns around product launches and events, with PR and media outreach.
  • Insights & Optimization: Turn market research and campaign data into actionable improvements across channels and assets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee social media platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives, including product launches and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise marketing strategies effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage product branding and ensure cohesive visual identity using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders through public relations activities.
  • Support B2B marketing initiatives by creating targeted content and outreach strategies.
  • Organise market analysis reports to inform strategic decision-making processes.
  • Manage your website and improve SEO/GEO so you're found for local searches.
  • Produce professional photography and video from installations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, product management, branding, and marketing roles.
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience conducting market research and applying findings to optimise campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of public relations practices and B2B marketing strategies.
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • A recognised qualification in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not essential.
