Job Summary

Own end to end print and brand production across multiple properties, ensuring consistent typography, colour, imagery and tone while coordinating across marketing, F&B and operations.

  • Production and artwork across menus, signage, collateral and campaigns
  • Brand guardianship with asset library, printers and agencies
  • Rolling production calendar and cross-team requests to align openings and campaigns

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end production of all printed materials across the group
  • Design, amend and prepare artwork using Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Manage the production of: Menus, In-room collateral & guest materials, Signage, maps, uniforms & branded assets, Event, MICE and campaign materials
  • Oversee print advertising from brief to final sign-off
  • Be the keeper of THE PIG’s brand guidelines and ensure consistency across typography, colour, imagery, tone of voice
  • Review, sense-check and refine all artwork before it goes live; maintain a robust library of brand assets
  • Manage relationships with printers, freelancers, and creative agencies; brief work clearly and hold partners to a high standard
  • Balance quality, speed and cost; source new creative talent to bring fresh thinking into the brand
  • Own a rolling production calendar across hotels, restaurants, events, and openings
  • Act as central point for artwork requests; coordinate across marketing, F&B, spa, operations and commercial teams

Requirements

  • Experience in brand,print production,marketing or creative ops
  • Strong knowledge of print processes (bleeds,crops,paper stock,etc.)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience managing agencies and suppliers
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week (mon-fri)

Preferred

  • Hospitality or multi-site experience (bonus)
