Job Summary

Own the paid media engine by managing Meta and Google ads, building a rapid creative testing cadence, and relentlessly optimizing the funnel with AI-powered briefing, production, and iteration to drive high-spend growth with controlled CAC.

Growth Engine: Scale Meta/Google campaigns, prune underperformers, structure tests, and maintain spend pacing.
Creative & Production: Create a system that delivers 50–150 ad variations each month with clear briefs to content and design partners.
Funnel Velocity: Improve landing/offers/checkout and translate data into weekly reporting and monthly forecasts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Live in Meta and Google Ads Manager. Scale winners, kill losers, structure new tests, watch spend pacing daily.
Build a creative testing system that ships 50 to 150 fresh ad variations a month. Brief our in-house content creator, freelance editor, graphic designer, and a roster of UGC contractors.
Optimise the funnel: landing pages, offer pages, checkout flow.
Heavy AI tool usage for briefing, production, analysis, and iteration. We expect velocity that wasn't possible two years ago.
Report numbers weekly, forecast monthly, defend your bets.
Scale spend from £100k to £250k+/month inside 18 months without CAC running away.

Requirements

You\'ve personally run $50k+/month in paid budgets for 2+ years
You\'ve scaled a Meta account from small to meaningful, yourself, not as one of ten people on a team
You don’t mind getting your hands dirty with ideation, briefing, managing contractors and uploading ads
You use AI tools every day and weave them into your workflow
You’re as comfortable shaping an offer and optimising a funnel as you are scaling a campaign
