  • Quantify the impact of marketing on brand awareness and income with econometric modelling.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain a measurement framework for marketing and communications activity, defining KPIs and regularly reporting on performance across these metrics
  • Manage and optimise the ingestion of multi-channel data feeds into a central data platform, ensuring accurate integration, cleansing, and alignment of data from multiple sources to enable reliable reporting and recommendations
  • Identify trends, patterns, insights and key performance drivers, providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis
  • Support the team with testing and experimentation, gathering maintaining an experimentation log
  • Deliver econometric modelling to understand the impact of different marketing activities on brand awareness and income generation, using statistical methods to measure and quantify impact

Requirements

  • experience of creating KPI frameworks, and a clear understanding of measuring and managing brand health
  • experience of building and implementing econometrics modelling
  • strong data handling skills
  • ability to create automated dashboards
  • excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for a range of stakeholders
  • A creative, user-first mindset is key, as well as a flexible, continuous improvement focused approach
