Job Description

Responsibilities

Following the AI workflow that we’ve spent years developing
Researching, strategizing, and writing 3-4 long-form YouTube scripts (typical word count 2,500-5,000)
Continuously updating AI prompts & documents to improve workflow
Staying on top of YouTube scriptwriting best practices and constantly evolving your scriptwriting approach
Regularly running experiments to discover new scriptwriting strategies that work
Researching audience sentiment to write content that resonates
Working with our packaging team to figure out the best possible thumbnails and titles for each script
Staying up to date on client and competitor thought leadership

Requirements

English is your first language (or you’re so proficient that people can’t tell it’s your second language)
You have a documented history writing YouTube education content, or similar marketing copy
You're available to write the quantity and quality we're requesting
Willing to work on weekends when necessary (if you fall behind)
Available to start within the next two weeks
