Job Summary
Own and grow a healthcare product portfolio with GTM, pricing, and cross-functional orchestration to hit revenue, margin, and market-share targets.
- Own portfolio growth strategy, GTM, and product launches to drive revenue and margin.
- Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Supply Chain, and Finance to hit pipeline and demand goals.
- Develop business cases, forecasts, pricing optimization, and track ROI and market trends.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the portfolio growth strategy, delivering revenue, margin, and market share targets
- Identify and quantify new growth opportunities
- Build and present business cases with financials
- Develop and manage marketing plans and forecasts
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies
- Align with sales teams to support pipeline conversion
- Develop campaigns, value propositions, and sales tools
- Support tender and framework strategies
- Lead product launches
- Manage full product lifecycle
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Product or marketing management experience
- Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding
- NHS / healthcare experience desirable
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Cross-functional working experience

- Experience supporting NHS tenders and opportunities
