Responsibilities

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Social Media marketing (organic and paid) across relevant platforms for each department  - Newsletter/email marketing  - Monthly updating of listings sites and publications  - Monthly updating of Google Business accounts   - Maintenance of website content (blog posts/what’s on/visitor information, etc - wordpress & woo commerce)  - Preparation of advertorial content / third party promotional content   - Preparation and maintenance of brochures/PDFs other print as required   - Development of automations or client nurturing journeys  - Press & media releases/editorial pitching  - Supporting upload of art collections to website in busy periods Working with colleagues to: - Establish seasonal requirements to plan marketing activity in advance - Plan and deliver regular open events for wedding and corporate events - Arranging listings and ticketing for wedding open day events - Arranging listings and ticketing for gallery previews or artist events - Arranging listings and ticketing for café events such as Supper Clubs - With support, establish a framework to deliver all marketing activity across the      year and across departments - Other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years’ experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns, ideally in a multi-departmental or multi-site environment
  • Broad marketing experience, encompassing a combination of digital, paid, print, PR/media/influencer, SEO
  • A genuine interest in art and design, with an understanding and appreciation of the skills, time and processes involved in arts and associated industries
  • Visual literacy and sophisticated approach to presenting content that aligns with brand styles, even if the subject matter does not
  • Commercial acumen and demonstrable understanding of how marketing integrates with revenue generation
  • Exceptionally organised, with an ability to align output with business priorities
  • A confident communicator who will be able to liaise with colleagues at all levels throughout the business
  • Design proficiency for in-house production of print materials and online assets
