Job Description

Responsibilities

TikTok Shop
Set up and manage our TikTok Shop Seller Centre: listings, pricing, bundles, promotions and flash deals
Recruit and manage affiliate creators: send samples, set commission rates and follow up on content
Plan and run LIVE shopping sessions, either hosting them or booking hosts
Run TikTok Shop ads (GMV Max, Spark Ads) and keep a steady flow of organic content going
Handle shop operations with the team: stock, orders, customer queries and reviews
Brand & influencer partnerships
Find and reach out to influencers, creators and complementary brands in wellness, food & drink, beauty and lifestyle
Pitch, negotiate and set up campaigns and collaborations: gifting, paid partnerships, co-branded products, giveaways and joint content
Manage partnerships end to end: briefs, timelines, contracts, approvals and payments

Requirements

1–3+ years in ecommerce, social commerce, influencer marketing or partnerships
Hands-on TikTok Shop experience: Seller Center, affiliates, and ideally LIVE and ads
A track record of finding and pitching creators or brands, and turning outreach into live campaigns
A confident communicator and negotiator, by email, DM and video call
Organised and self-motivated, able to juggle several partners and deadlines while working remotely
Comfortable with numbers: you track results and use them to decide what to do next
Right to work in the UK

Preferred

Experience with food & drink, wellness, beauty or lifestyle brands
An existing network of UK creators or brand contacts
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo or Meta Ads
Basic content skills: short-form video, Canva or CapCut
A love of matcha, or a strong willingness to learn about it
