Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated social media campaigns.
- Create engaging organic content and oversee content planning.
- Deliver and optimise paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Monitor performance using social media analytics and Google Analytics.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, agencies and external partners.
- Line manage and develop members of the social media team.
Requirements
- Significant social media experience in a large organisation, brand or charity
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns
- Paid social advertising expertise
- Experience using Google Analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, editorial and content creation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
