Job Summary
You will own the full cycle of client social content, from crafting captions and visuals to posting, reporting and trend research, while coordinating with the Account Manager to keep every client on track.

Responsibilities
- Writing captions for client content across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, in each client’s tone of voice
- Creating carousels, graphics and static posts in Canva or Adobe
- Scheduling and manually posting content across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn for all clients
- Writing LinkedIn posts for clients and their founders, so they sound like them and not like a robot
- Pulling together monthly performance reports, and understanding what the numbers mean
- Researching trends, hooks and formats, and what’s performing and why
- Keeping up with platform and algorithm changes across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Working closely with our Account Manager to keep every client on track
Requirements
- Based in Cardiff, with a genuine desire to work from our office at The Maltings
- A real passion for social media. You use it, you think about it and you understand how it works
- Strong writing skills, and the ability to switch your tone for different clients
- Some graphic design experience. Canva is fine, Adobe is a bonus
- A strong eye for detail. Typos and missed posts don’t slip past you
- The ability to manage multiple clients and tasks without dropping the ball
Preferred
- Experience in a social media, marketing or agency environment
- Experience writing for LinkedIn
- An understanding of content strategy and performance metrics
