Job Description

Responsibilities

Attend one of our football coaching sessions each week in Southampton.
Film engaging training footage, player development and behind-the-scenes content.
Create high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook.
Edit videos into engaging, professional content.
Help develop and maintain the Ethos brand’s online identity.
Bring fresh creative ideas to help grow our audience and engagement.

Requirements

Someone creative with a strong eye for detail and presentation.
Confident filming and editing short-form video content.
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
Passionate about football, sport, photography or content creation.
Reliable, motivated and able to bring their own ideas.

Preferred

Previous experience is beneficial, but creativity and potential are just as important.
