Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to boost online presence and audience engagement
• Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and publishing across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
• Monitor social media channels for trending topics, audience interactions, and brand mentions; respond promptly to foster community engagement
• Coordinate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging and positive brand representation online
• Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance data to optimize content strategies and improve reach
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our digital presence innovative and relevant
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content that resonate with target audiences

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they integrate with social media strategies
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging posts tailored to different platforms
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social for performance tracking
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, and creative departments

• Knowledge of current trends in social media management and digital communications is highly desirable
