Responsibilities

• Building client strategies to increase visibility across search surfaces
• Planning monthly deliverables in line with client statements of work
• Vibe coding new solutions and improving internal tooling
• Client communication including bi-weekly calls and email management
• Client reporting including monthly and quarterly business reviews
• This role will have you building SEO strategies, writing business cases to get them implemented and reporting on their effectiveness
• You will be actively encouraged to ✨ vibe code ✨ internal solutions to build on the agencies internal “agency OS” to come up with creative ways to deliver results to our clients.
• You will be supported by a team of specialists across tech, content and PR who help deliver bespoke work inline with your strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working in a large agency in client services or account management.
• Have vibe coded your own tools and processes
• Strong working knowledge of SEO and a grounded understanding of AI optimisation
• Understand the digital PR and be able to answer top level questions from clients
• 5+ years experience in leading new business pitches
• You should have experience in writing business cases and talking to high level stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience taking client calls across zoom, teams and meet.
