Own and drive Bamford Collection's organic search growth by building and executing a full SEO program across PLPs, PDPs, journals and blogs, while collaborating with content, design and product teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive search engine optimisation strategy to drive organic growth, increase business visibility and overall conversion across the Bamford Collection.
Develop strategies to maximize brand visibility, citation share and product. recommendations across AI search platforms.
Conduct thorough keyword research and SEO analysis to identify relevant target keywords and phrases to further optimise PLPs, PDPs, journals and blogs.
Optimise website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs to improve search engine rankings.
Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation.
Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with the web development team to implement solutions for improved website performance and user experience.
Execute link-building activities to ensure quality backlinks from reputable sources.
Conduct SEO audits, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with internal teams—content, design, and product—to ensure optimal content performance and seamless integration with marketing campaigns and create high-quality, keyword-reach content.
Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within wellness and lifestyle brands or D2C eCommerce.
Strong technical SEO knowledge, with experience in Magento preferred.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with colleagues across different functions.
Strong project management skills and keen attention to detail.
Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of SEO analytics and reporting.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive organic growth.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing senior stakeholders and presenting insights effectively.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
