Responsibilities

  • Own Retail Media Reporting & Data Delivery
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of agreed Retail Media reporting and data products.
  • Own recurring business reporting and performance tracking processes.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reporting requests to support stakeholder and business needs.
  • Partner with Analytics and Data teams to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and scalability.
  • Ensure stakeholders have access to reliable and consistent performance data to support decision-making.
  • Drive Performance Insights
  • Analyze campaign, advertiser, audience, supplier, and commercial performance data to identify opportunities, trends, and risks.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Support performance reviews and business planning processes through data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Marketing Intelligence, Analytics, Retail Media, E-commerce, or related analytical disciplines.
  • Proven track record of delivering insights and recommendations that influence business decisions.
  • Experience working with senior business stakeholders in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, e-commerce, or Retail Media ecosystems.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of KPI frameworks, reporting methodologies, and business performance measurement.
  • A strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with attribution, incrementality, experimentation, forecasting, audience analysis, or campaign measurement methodologies is a strong advantage.
