Lead the Specialty Cloud product marketing effort by shaping messaging, GTM strategy, and cross-functional execution across product, sales, demand, and CS; drive market research, enablement, and competitive positioning to accelerate adoption and revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for the Specialty Cloud portfolio.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions for enterprise buyers and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop buyer personas, competitive positioning, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing messaging.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams to support launches, campaigns, and revenue initiatives.
  • Lead go-to-market execution for new products and features, including launch planning, enablement, and commercialisation readiness.
  • Drive customer research, market analysis, and Win/Loss programs to inform positioning, roadmap priorities, and competitive strategy.
  • Build scalable sales enablement programs, including training, objection handling, and competitive intelligence resources.
  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Support pricing, packaging, analyst relations, thought leadership, and customer advocacy initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and customer engagements as a product marketing leader and subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Marketing experience within B2B Infrastructure, Cloud, Hosting, Managed Services, or Enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring Product Marketing professionals and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies such as Bare Metal, Kubernetes, virtualisation, cloud platforms, and managed hosting.
  • Proven experience supporting Sales-Led Go-to-Market (GTM) motions and revenue-focused organisations.
  • Demonstrated success developing positioning, enablement programs, and customer-centric messaging that drives adoption and revenue impact.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including experience building ROI or TCO-based value messaging.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
  • Experience conducting customer interviews, Win/Loss analysis, and market research to shape strategy and positioning.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • You have strong product marketing and go-to-market experience in a B2B technology environment, specially within fintech, blockchain or similarly complex environment.
  • You are curious about technical detail, and you have the ability to turn a complex platform into clear, useful and engaging messaging.
  • You are someone that enjoys hands-on and practical work, comfortable creating useful work rather than only setting the strategy.
  • You are commercially minded who drives business growth by aligning strategic messaging and sales enablement support to accelerate pipeline velocity, improve conversion rates, and expand customer growth.
  • You collaborate well across product, sales, marketing and customer-facing teams.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Our speed and scalability are part of our business identity and rapid growth.
  • You need to be able to act and think on your feet as well as embrace a level of uncertainty.
  • You are curious about how AI is changing product marketing, including how teams enable sales, share internal knowledge, understand competitors and show up in buyer research journeys.
