Job Description
Responsibilities
- Leading our customer acquisition strategy across paid digital channels.
- Managing agency relationships and holding partners accountable for performance.
- Driving lead volume, lead quality and conversion performance.
- Identifying opportunities for growth through testing, optimisation and innovation.
- Developing and mentoring a high-performing marketing team.
- Using data and insight to influence commercial decision-making.
Requirements
- Has strong experience within performance marketing and customer acquisition.
- Is commercially minded and passionate about delivering measurable growth.
- Has strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and other digital acquisition channels.
- Can confidently influence stakeholders and manage agency partners.
- Has experience developing and leading successful teams.
- Has experience in managing acquisition budgets and making investment decisions to maximise return on marketing spend.
