Job Summary

Own the end-to-end retail media delivery and optimization across Amazon, Epsilon, and Criteo, turning data into actionable optimizations that drive performance and inform next steps.

  • Campaign Execution: manage day-to-day delivery, QA, and cross‑channel optimization with a focus on the digital shelf impact.
  • Client Collaboration: communicate progress, share insights, and propose data‑driven recommendations to clients and internal partners.
  • Performance to Growth: convert performance data into actionable insights and contribute to growth plans and innovation roadmaps.

Job Description

  • Owning the day‑to‑day delivery and optimisation of retail media campaigns across platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media and Criteo.
  • Supporting client relationships through clear communication, regular updates and thoughtful recommendations.
  • Applying quality assurance processes to ensure campaigns are accurate, effective and aligned to best practice.
  • Turning performance data into practical insights that improve results and inform next steps.
  • Contributing to account growth plans and innovation roadmaps alongside senior team members.
  • Working closely with other channel specialists to deliver integrated, joined‑up commerce solutions.
  • Managing reporting, billing inputs and financial reconciliations with care and accuracy.
  • Experience working within retail media, eCommerce or digital media, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media or Criteo.
  • A strong understanding of performance drivers across search, retail media and the digital shelf.
  • Confidence working with data, reports and insights to guide optimisation decisions.
  • Clear, collaborative communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to learn, improve and contribute to team success.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑moving environment while staying organised and detail‑focused.
