Job Summary

Own the end-to-end creative for launches and brand storytelling, from concept to final assets across website, social, email, and print. Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts for launches, gifting occasions, seasonal campaigns and brand stories, turning commercial priorities into clear, engaging ideas. Design high-quality assets across website, social, email, advertising, shops, events, packaging and print. Keep every touchpoint recognisably Posh Totty Designs and help evolve the visual identity without losing its warmth and handmade quality.
Plan and create original, human content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, You tube, Linked In and other relevant channels, including reels, carousels, stories and stills. Film and edit in-house, find stories in the workshop, shops, products, people and customers, and build recognisable, repeatable formats.
Write strong, natural copy for campaigns, social, website, email and print, including headlines, hooks and calls to action. Make product copy feel emotional and useful, not sentimental or generic, drawing on the craftsmanship and personalisation behind each piece. Define and protect our tone of voice, adapt copy appropriately across channels, and proofread to a high standard.
Work with the Founder, e-commerce team and wider business to shape each major launch from first idea to finished assets, producing mood boards, messaging, shot lists and plans. Understand each campaign's purpose and audience and balance brand-building content with creative that drives traffic and sales.
Plan and art direct product, campaign and lifestyle shoots, creating concepts, mood boards, schedules and shot lists. Work with photographers, videographers, models, creators and the team, and style jewellery accurately. Capture quick authentic content in-house when a full shoot isn't needed, edit photography and short-form video to a high standard, and maintain the image and video library.
You are a creative all-rounder with strong design foundations and an instinct for storytelling. You enjoy coming up with ideas, but you are equally happy rolling up your sleeves and making them happen. You understand that beautiful creative work still needs a purpose. You are curious about customers, culture and what makes people respond, but you do not blindly follow trends. Experience within jewellery, fashion, beauty, gifting, interiors or another premium consumer brand would be particularly relevant.

Requirements

Significant experience in a creative, brand design or content role.
A strong portfolio showing excellent visual design and creative thinking.
Experience designing for websites, email, social media, paid advertising and print.
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools.
Strong, natural copywriting skills.
Experience developing campaign concepts and carrying them across multiple channels.
Confidence creating and editing short-form video.
A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and emerging content formats.
Experience briefing, planning or art directing photography and video shoots.
Excellent attention to detail.

Preferred

Experience working for a jewellery, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or gifting brand.
Photography and product styling skills.
Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo.
Experience creating advertising assets for Meta and Google.
An understanding of customer journeys, ecommerce and conversion.
Experience working in a founder-led or entrepreneurial business.
Experience managing freelancers or junior creatives.
Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and an understanding of when, and when not, to use them.
