Recruitment Marketing Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Creating and scheduling content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, from posts, reels, videos and employee stories
• Supporting recruitment campaigns, careers fairs and events
• Keeping up with social media trends and new content ideas
• Helping manage marketing materials and branded merchandise
• Monitoring campaign and social media performance and candidate enquiries
• Attending apprenticeship classes and completing coursework and assignments as part of your working week

Requirements

• We’re looking for someone who is Creative and full of ideas
• Confident using social media
• A good communicator
• Organised and reliable
• Interested in marketing and content creation
• Curious and keen to learn
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• You don’t need previous marketing experience
