Job Summary

Own the tender bid library and content engine, coordinating cross functional input to turn templates, case studies, and accreditation materials into clear proposals that win tender work.

  • Document and process ownership: manage the library, keep portals updated, and drive process improvements for bid writing and social value reporting.
  • Proposal production and coordination: convert inputs from the bid manager into polished content and shepherd internal reviews with leadership buy in.
  • Social value and marketing integration: track Thrive driven social value, shape a local community strategy with leadership, and support campaigns with current and new clients.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Forming and maintaining a document library.
  • Developing, coordinating and writing quality submissions to accompany our commercial offering for tenders.
  • Create proposal content from templates and input from the bid manager.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams within the business.
  • Track and maintain tender portals.
  • Website content creator, including project case studies and client feedback.
  • Coordinate internal reviews for each role responsibility, ensuring leadership team are adequately consulted to reach final approval.
  • Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives relating to bid writing, marketing and social value.
  • Track social value using specific software package, Thrive.
  • Develop social value strategy with leadership team, supporting the younger generation and our local communities.
  • Ensure accreditation renewal documents are completed in a timely manner, including liaison with various stakeholders for input as required.
  • Support marketing campaigns and brand development with current and new clients.
  • Create engaging social media posts, celebrating successes and keeping followers updated.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical and commercial information into clear proposal content.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring grammar accuracy and compliance.
  • Creative and strategic thinking, interpreting, structuring and creating content.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Power point, word & excel.
  • Familiar with Adobe InDesign software.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and schedule activities.
  • Ability to plan work activities to achieve specified deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
