Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Turning license milestones into a credible public narrative that acts as the source of truth for press, PR, and local teams
  • Leading creative direction with designers, PR, and local agencies to craft launch moments built for coverage and cultural buzz, not just performance marketing
  • Partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Government Affairs to ensure launch communications are timed, framed, and cleared properly
  • Leading GTM campaigns for security features and trust initiatives (fraud protection, data security, certifications), turning technical stories into educational campaigns
  • Spotting gaps where Revolut can build public or institutional trust and turning them into standalone campaigns
  • Tracking share of voice, press pickup, and brand metrics to prove ROI and sharpen our approach
  • Turning learnings into living global frameworks so trust-building becomes repeatable without losing creative edge

Requirements

  • Experience in PR/comms-led marketing, brand launches, or market entry in a fast-paced global environment
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, with the ability to translate compliance milestones into public stories (without needing a regulatory background)
  • The ability to market trust and security topics in a way that reassures communities
  • Experience running remote, cross-cultural launches with local teams and agencies
  • A fierce creative eye and experience leading art direction, not just writing briefs
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, adaptable across different local media landscapes
  • A systems mindset to build repeatable playbooks while keeping each launch distinct
  • A highly analytical mindset to prove ROI through earned media and brand metrics
  • A bias for action with the ability to move between launches and trust campaigns in short notice

Preferred

  • Experience in regulated industries, such as fintech and banking
