Performance Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads.
• Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, targeting and keyword optimisation.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve lead volume, cost per lead and lead quality.
• Create and test ad copy, creatives and audiences to improve campaign results.
• Set up and check conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4 and advertising platforms.
• Analyse campaign performance using advertising platforms, GA4 and HubSpot.
• Use AI tools to support daily tasks and prepare regular performance updates for the Marketing Director.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or Meta Ads.
• Clear examples of paid advertising results, particularly lead generation and cost per lead.
• Good understanding of campaign optimisation, bidding strategies, targeting and keyword research.
• Practical experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4 and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on performance data.
• Good writing skills for advertising copy.
• Ability to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines and take responsibility for results.
