Job Summary

You will own the hands-on management and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating with Product, Creative and Data teams to lift acquisition and ROI while developing your technical skills through coaching and experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and other paid channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve acquisition, efficiency and ROI.
  • Manage and optimise Paid Search campaigns, testing keywords, bidding strategies, audiences and ad creative.
  • Track campaign budgets and forecasts, helping ensure spend is invested effectively.
  • Analyse campaign performance and turn data into practical recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with Product, Creative, Content and Data teams to improve landing pages and campaign performance.
  • Learn best-in-class performance marketing techniques through hands-on coaching, experimentation and ownership.
  • In this role you'll quickly take responsibility for real paid campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
  • You'll work with experienced performance marketers who'll invest in your development, helping you build technical expertise while giving you the freedom to test ideas, solve problems and make an impact.

  • Organised and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  • Commercially minded and motivated by measurable results.
  • Comfortable learning new tools and technologies, including AI, to improve the way they work.
  • Interested in digital marketing, paid media or growth, whether through previous work experience, internships or personal projects.
