Responsibilities

Build Partnerships with store managers and colleagues; Use effective communication and negotiation skills to secure support for promotional activity, displays and compliance initiatives; Become a trusted ambassador for Mondelez brands within your territory
Implement planograms and merchandising activity; Build eye-catching displays and promotional features; Ensure products are available and visible for shoppers
Identify opportunities to improve compliance and availability; Use store insights to maximise sales opportunities; Support delivery of territory objectives through excellent execution

Requirements

Experience in merchandising, retail, customer service or a field-based role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence influencing and negotiating with store managers and colleagues
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
Ability to work independently and manage your own territory effectively
Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering results
