People & Community Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new starters and Associate Clinicians
• People data compliance checks and reports
• People related administration and system updates (e.g. change to terms, working patterns etc)
• Supporting People related initiatives e.g. wellbeing, benefit updates
• Answering employee and manager queries
• Organising Healios community events (virtual and in person) including; Company All Minds agreeing dates and locations with ELT, managing the invite list, sending out invites, sourcing meeting rooms and collating All Minds presentations
• In person social events e.g. All Minds drinks receptions
• Supporting Clinical management team with Clinical Conference
• Supporting with internal communication and community engagement activities

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast paced People Operations department ideally including talent acquisition, people and learning & development
• Healthcare knowledge including processes such as DBS, Professional registrations and audit checks
• Good customer service skills
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Tech savvy and previous experience using People systems such as Hibob, Greenhouse and Slack would be great
• An interest in community and engagement building in a remote organisation
