Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ideation. Collaborating on fresh ideas to drive engagement, such as limited-edition product launches and potential range spin-offs.
- Affiliate Strategy. Helping build and manage affiliate schemes that empower creators to market the product organically.
- Community & Platform Engagement. Exploring and running campaigns on existing underutilised text-based platforms (e.g., managing Discord competitions and community incentives).
- PR. Supporting traditional PR efforts to boost visibility for Ninjon, the website and The Deck of Many Colors.
Preferred
- It is far more important to us that you are adaptable, creative, familiar with the creator economy, and enthusiastic about building and maintaining communities.
- You may have some experience in understanding new markets and customer bases.
- You might even be a person who is entrenched in your own nerdy subculture of an adjacent niche or hobby! This will only benefit you in this role.
