Partnership and Community Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering regional social value plans and initiatives.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, community organisations and key stakeholders.
• Monitoring and reporting on social value performance and impact.
• Identifying opportunities for funding, partnerships and community investment.
• Supporting employee engagement through sustainability and community programmes.
• Promoting SUEZ's social value achievements through internal and external communications.
• Sharing best practice and driving continuous improvement across the region.

Requirements

• Along With The Ability To Collect, Analyse, Interpret And Communicate Data In a Concise And Professional Manner, You Will Also Require
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A proactive, innovative and commercially aware approach.
• An interest in social value, sustainability and community engagement.
• Experience working with local government, charities, community groups or within the waste and resource sector would be advantageous.
• Whilst the requirements of this role are 37.5 hours per week, flexible working will be considered, although you'll need the ability to travel in the UK, with occasional overnight stays.
• You must have a full UK driving licence.
