Job Summary

Own end-to-end marketing delivery that sticks to budget, brand guidelines, and tight timelines while driving ROI; shape creative that lands with EIS audiences; and keep a tight loop with stakeholders and market signals to steer activity.

  • Full Funnel Delivery: Own campaigns from brief to execution with ROI-focused planning and on-time delivery.
  • Creative Execution: Guide briefs and work with agencies to produce compelling communications aligned with regional GTM plans.
  • Performance and Insights: Partner with Insight to track funnel metrics from awareness to lead contribution and translate learnings into future activity.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Full Funnel Delivery: Responsible for the delivery of full E2E marketing activity within budget, E.ON brand guidelines and specific timescales, that aligns to our strategy and commercial objectives. You will work closely with the wider GtM (Go to Market) team to ensure an integrated approach across marketing and to implement cost-effective activity that delivers positive ROI.
  • Creative Execution: Deliver briefs, bringing knowledge and expertise to the creative process of what makes communications compelling, relevant and motivating across EIS and work closely with our digital and creative agencies to implement marketing activity that resonates with target audiences, supporting the overall regional GtM marketing plan.
  • Performance Management: Work closely with Insight to track full funnel performance from brand awareness metrics to specific lead generation metric contribution, ensuring a commercial value outcome. Knowledge of targets and GtM’s contribution to the sales pipeline over the next 3 years. Adapt / capture learnings for future activity.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will proactively manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders at various levels across the business, providing regular performance updates and managing expectations.
  • Market and Competitor Landscape: Closely monitor competitor and market dynamics to shape and influence marketing activity.
  • Compliance: Ensure communications are compliant and clear for our audiences by having a thorough understanding of regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • Extensive campaign management / marketing experience.
  • Customer focused (think customer first).
  • Lead Generation / Performance Marketing.
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal with creative flair.
  • Multi-communication channel experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness and appreciation of business market dynamics.
  • Experience of working with Agencies (creative and media).
  • Good attention to detail and ability to proactively manage deadlines and prioritise.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
