Responsibilities
- Line manage some members of the marketing team
- Own and optimise paid social: budgets, creative testing, and scaling campaigns
- Expanding into new marketing channels
- Track performance across all channels
- Run A/B tests to make informed decisions
- Improve conversion flows end-to-end
- Manage and grow our email marketing
- Create content and improve our strategy on organic social channels
- Manage brainstorms and support creative initiatives
- Identify new growth opportunities
