Job Summary

Own EPIC’s integrated marketing engine, aligning brand, content, digital campaigns and sector-focused activities to drive awareness, lead generation and commercial impact across UK and North America.

  • Brand and content leadership across markets to maintain consistent messaging and engaging collateral.
  • Digital campaigns and analytics to plan, execute, monitor and optimise LinkedIn, email, website and CRM-driven programs.
  • Sales enablement and sector marketing to create tailored assets for priority accounts, partnerships and sector stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand, content and communications: Maintain and apply EPIC’s brand consistently across marketing materials, campaigns and external communications.
  • Brand, content and communications: Support the development of compelling content, including case studies, client stories, blogs, newsletters, social posts, video briefs, presentations and campaign assets.
  • Brand, content and communications: Work with internal teams to capture EPIC’s expertise, lived experience, client impact and sector insight clearly and engagingly.
  • Brand, content and communications: Coordinate designers, freelancers and external agencies where needed, ensuring briefs are clear and outputs are delivered on time.
  • Brand, content and communications: Help ensure EPIC’s messaging is consistent across the UK, North America and other relevant markets.
  • Digital marketing and campaigns: Manage day-to-day digital marketing activity across LinkedIn, email, the EPIC website and other relevant channels.
  • Digital marketing and campaigns: Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns for EPIC’s key audiences, including sports organisations, gambling operators and corporate partners.
  • Digital marketing and campaigns: Help create and manage email marketing activity, newsletters, campaign journeys and CRM-supported communications.
  • Digital marketing and campaigns: Monitor campaign performance and use basic analytics to understand what is working and where improvements are needed.
  • Digital marketing and campaigns: Work with the commercial team to ensure marketing activity supports lead generation, client engagement and sales conversations.

Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B services, sport, gambling, social impact, professional services, education, training or consultancy
  • Strong content and copywriting skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear and engaging messages
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, including LinkedIn, email marketing, websites and campaign reporting
  • Experience supporting or delivering marketing campaigns that contribute to commercial goals
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with agencies, freelancers, designers or external suppliers
  • Able to work closely with commercial and operational teams
  • Creative, proactive and willing to bring ideas forward
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of written communication
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growing organisation

Preferred

  • Experience or knowledge of the professional sport or gambling sectors
  • Understanding of gambling harm prevention, safer gambling, wellbeing, integrity, education or social impact
  • Experience supporting marketing activity across more than one market, especially the UK and North America
  • Experience using CRM, email marketing or marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with tools such as Monday.com, Canva, HubSpot, Force24, WordPress or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting events, webinars, conferences or partnership campaigns
